General Terms
Orders are accepted over the phone, not online.
Due to Covid-19, orders are not shipped outside of the United States.
Certain cancellation policies are available.

Online Cancellation Policy
For every product there will be a tracking code generated.
Cancellation can only be performed before code generation.
Once a tracking code has been generated, we will not cancel or make changes to your order.

Shipping Method
We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier than what was selected at checkout.
Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider.
We are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer's personal shipping account.

Free/Included Items
Based on purchase value there are certain bonus or free items to be presented to the buyer.
The free/bonus item may be substituted with other items of similar values as necessary.
This will be shipped using the lowest cost option available.

Address Changes
Shipping address need to be mentioned when the order has been made.
Address cannot be changed after the order is placed.
We are unable to change shipping address, redirect or place a hold on a shipped package.
